Air France ticket offices

Closure of Air France agencies

Due to the current health crisis, our ticket offices remain closed with the exception of the Terminal 2E office at Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport.
If you have a booking for a flight scheduled within 48 hours, you can visit the agency from 5:40 am to 6:40 pm.
Please note that our sales agents will not be able to deal with any other requests on site.
