Air France ticket offices

At Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport, the ticket office in terminal 2E is open every day from 5:40 am to 6:40 pm without appointment. Please note that our agents can only manage bookings for flights scheduled within 48 hours.

For any other inquiries, Air France ticket offices are open by appointment only.

In Paris: the Invalides ticket office is open on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. The Jardin du Luxembourg and Porte Maillot ticket offices remain closed.
In the French regions, Air France ticket offices are open 2 days a week.
