General conditions of sale Weekend Pass

Terms and conditions valid from 30 March 2017.

Using the Weekend Pass

This paid-for card is individual, nominative, and non-transferable.

The Weekend Pass is valid for 1 year starting from the date the customer chooses to activate it. The activation date will be shown on the card. You must fill out a form to create this contract.
  • For Flying Blue members, or customers who wish to join this loyalty program, you can purchase the Pass online using the website airfrance.fr.
  • For customers who are not Flying Blue members and do not wish to join this loyalty program, a Sales agent will be in touch.
  • It is possible to purchase the Pass at an Air France agency or a travel agency.

The Pass is available in digital form only. After its activation, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the Pass holder.

The Weekend Pass is available in metropolitan France and reserved for customers aged 18 years and above. The Pass allows its holder to benefit from a 25% discount on Basic, Basic+ and Smart fares (excluding applicable service charges) on all flights in metropolitan France provided by HOP! or Air France, excluding Corsica and seasonal lines, and, subject to fare availability. Discounts are applied to the applicable fare conditions for each fare. A list of applicable lines is available on airfrance.fr and hop.com. To benefit from this discount, the trip must include at least one night from Saturday to Sunday.

The Weekend Pass cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or reduced fare.

Fraudulent use of any kind of the Weekend Pass will result in the immediate cancelation of the Pass, without prejudice to any legal action that HOP! or Air France might take.

Booking

If a Weekend Pass holder wishes to book a flight with a client who does not have a Weekend Pass (this includes a booking for a child or an infant), it will not be possible to make the booking online at airfrance.fr. The Pass holder must contact an agent at 09 72 72 22 22 (toll-free number) Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding public holidays).

Refund

This Pass is non-refundable.

In accordance with current regulations, please note that the Pass holder does not have the right to cancel his or her contract after purchasing the Weekend Pass on the Air France website.

Flying Blue loyalty program

Miles can be earned if the Weekend Pass holder is also a member of the Flying Blue loyalty program.

This loyalty program enables customers to earn Miles and benefit from a range of advantages. The applicable General Conditions are available on request at airfrance.fr.

Personal Data

HOP! and Air France are responsible for the handling of personal data pertaining to Weekend Pass holders and share responsibility for handling data, in accordance with the French data protection act of January 6, 1978 ("IT and Freedom of Information Law").

HOP! and Air France inform the Pass holder that the information gathered from this form is subject to IT processing intended for the creation of the Weekend Pass. Your personal data may be used and shared by HOP! or Air France with its partners during the handling of all operations related to the Pass. In addition, if the Pass holder chooses this option on the online registration form, personal data may be shared in strict confidentiality between Air France and HOP! in order to allow Air France and HOP! to offer other products and services for marketing or communication purposes.

The French data protection act grants you, the Pass holder, the right to access, correct and contradict all data related to you. You can exercise this right by contacting:

Claims for any purchases made in a travel agency: the Pass holder can contact the agency that sold the Pass.
