Using the Weekend Pass

This pass (hereafter the “Weekend Pass”) is available for a fee. It is for personal use only, made out in the passholder’s name and non-transferable. 

The Weekend Pass is valid for 1 year starting from the date the customer chooses to activate it. The activation date will be shown on the card. You must fill out a form to create this contract.

  • For Flying Blue members, or customers who wish to join this loyalty program, you can purchase the Pass online using the website www.airfrance.fr.
  • For customers who are not Flying Blue members and do not wish to join this loyalty program, you can purchase the Pass online by creating an Air France account.
  • It is possible to purchase the Pass at an Air France agency or a travel agency.

The Pass is available in digital form only. After its activation, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the Pass holder.

The Weekend Pass is available in metropolitan France and reserved for customers aged 18 years and above. The Pass allows its holder to benefit from a 25 % discount on Standard fares (excluding applicable service charges) on all flights in metropolitan France provided by Air France and subject to fare availability. Discounts are applied to the applicable fare conditions for each fare. A list of applicable lines is available on airfrance.fr. To benefit from this discount, the trip must include at least one night from Saturday to Sunday.

The Weekend Pass cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or reduced fare.

Fraudulent use of any kind of the Weekend Pass will result in the immediate cancelation of the Pass, without prejudice to any legal action that Air France might take.

Booking

If a Weekend Passholder wishes to book a flight with a customer who does not have a pass (this includes booking for a child or infant), it will not be possible to make the booking online.

Refund

This Pass is non-refundable.

In accordance with current regulations, please note that the Pass holder does not have the right to cancel his or her contract after purchasing the Weekend Pass on the Air France website.

Flying Blue loyalty program

The Week-end Passholder may earn miles if they are also a member of the Flying Blue loyalty programme. 

This loyalty programme enables the customer to earn miles and enjoy many other advantages. The applicable general terms and conditions can be found on the airfrance.fr website.

Personal Data

Air France may collect and process any personal data recovered during use of the services available on its website, mobile website and mobile applications. Air France will register and retain the data as long as it takes to process it, thereby helping it improve the products and services it offers its customers, prospects and visitors to its internet website, mobile website and mobile applications; thereafter, the data will be erased automatically. 

Air France endeavours to respect the right to privacy, and all the processing of personal data recovered during use of its available services complies not only with local legislation but also with the provisions set out in the amended version of France’s Information Technology, Data Files and Civil Liberties Act of 6 January 1978 as well as European Regulation 2016/679. 

In accordance with the amended version of France’s Information Technology, Data Files and Civil Liberties Act of 6 January 1978 and European Regulation 2016/679, we inform you that you may, at any time, exercise your right of access to data concerning you, request that it be erased or rectified, object to the data being processed for legitimate purposes, or specify instructions about what should be done with the data in the event of death, this must be done by writing to the address below, specifying “Individual Rights” as the subject heading and providing a copy of your proof of identity:
