Issuance fees are costs related to the distribution of a ticket. They are applied to each ticket and for all travelers except infants under 2 years old and are non-refundable.
Issuance fees vary depending on:
- travel class,
- point of sale (online, phone, ticket office),
- travel type (short-haul, medium-haul or long-haul flights).(1)

These fees may vary depending on the travel agency.
(1) Type of trip:
Short-haul: all tickets issued for travel within the same country (excluding flights between metropolitan France and French overseas department and territories) and for travel between Fort-de-France and Pointe-à-Pitre.
Medium-haul: all tickets issued for travel within Europe, between Europe and North Africa (Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia)
or Israel, and within the Caribbean.
Long-haul: any ticket issued for any other trip.
(2) Special fees of €1 apply on promotional fares or tickets sold in booking classes X and V on Short-haul flights and class R for flight to Corsica, in booking class G on Medium-haul flights, in booking class X on Long-haul flights (except for flights to North America, Japan and Noumea) and in booking class V (only for flights to North America, Japan and Noumea).
