Refunds or travel voucher on tickets, options or other services... Here's everything you need to know!
Requesting a refund or a travel voucher online is quick and easy, and saves you time.
Please note: if you bought your tickets or paid options anywhere other than directly from Air France (at a travel agency,
for example) please contact the point of sale directly to request your refund.
By using Your Bookings section, you can get a travel voucher or a refund online faster.
You can submit a refund request for a ticket if you bought it at least 2 days and up to 12 months ago and if it isn’t a Flying Blue Reward ticket.

If a refund is not already proposed to you in the “My Bookings” section of the website, please complete the refund claim form below.
Due to a large number of requests, our processing time currently takes several weeks.

If at the moment of buying your ticket, you also took out insurance with Allianz, please cancel your booking with Air France and make your claim with Allianz.
