After 30 years as a waiter in New York, meat lover Wolfgang Zwiener founded what would become Park Avenue's best steakhouse. In 2017, the Beijing branch of Wolfgang's Steakhouse was established in the Sanlitun area, just steps away from Sun Park and the financial district, and a stone's throw from the Forbidden City.

In an elegant and convivial atmosphere, meat comes in a wide variety of flavours. Opt for the signature of the house, the unsurpassable T-Bone, dry aged in-house, or a juicy Black Angus filet mignon. Grilled and marinated items are accompanied by delicious cocktails, served by an expert barman, and wines chosen from among a very wide selection. The less carnivorous will opt for salads or seafood specialties, such as the “unilaterally” cooked salmon.
