Housed in an old whisky warehouse, this unique restaurant has held on to its industrial heritage. Inside, the natural blue of stone, wood, and metal is warmed by beautiful cerulean and brown fabrics. On the walls, wood bark elegantly vies with Scottish tweeds. In this birch forest, chef Tom Kitchin has, in just six months, earned a Michelin star. His motto is 'from nature to plate'.
Through the large window into the kitchen, watch the cooks at their stoves, executing a modern cuisine influenced by the techniques of French cooking. The food is succulent, prepared with refinement and characterised by strong flavours. The impeccable produce promises a festival of flavours and colours. Reservations strongly advised.
