The Honours opens in Glasgow

Chef Martin Wishart has opened a second brasserie in Glasgow. The subtle, refined cuisine at The Honours is a delight

Martin Wishart's eponymous, Michelin-starred restaurant in Leith is a must on Scotland's gastronomic circuit. Its bistro-styled little brother, The Honours, in Edinburgh, remains unmatched in the world of gastronomy.
Wishart has now opened a second The Honours in Glasgow, where culinary magic happens, just like it does in the first. The food is divine, extremely fresh, and served in a beautiful Art Deco setting. The Scottish-inspired cuisine is sophisticated and authentic, with confit rabbit terrine, goat cheese gnocchi, artichokes and asparagus and even a roast loin of roe deer, served with wild mushroom ravioli and celeriac puree among the delicious offerings. The tasting menu and extensive wine list will make you melt with pleasure. Reservations are strongly advised.
