Tantris is one of the best restaurants in Germany, and has been since 1971. In 1991, star chef Hans Haas took over the kitchens of this legendary place, succeeding internationally renowned chefs like Eckart Witzigmann and Heinz Winkler. Haas prepares inventive and inspired food: roasted lobster with Jerusalem artichoke mashed; venison medallions with red cabbage; and rack of lamb au gratin with beans.
