Spoon 2, for the love of world cuisines

If you enter Alain Ducasse's Spoon 2, know that you are embarking on a roller coaster of world gastronomy.

From Mexico to Vietnam via Lebanon, the world-famous chef has just opened a fusion cuisine concept offering flavours from all countries, here in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement of Paris. Here, small wooden tables lit by ceiling-mounted lights come together in a cosy, almost secretive atmosphere, punctuated by a few orange and cobalt-blue seats. Some customers prefer to lean at the restaurant counter, taking their time to enjoy a carefully chosen glass of wine.

Persian octopus, kassala cockerel, green medina asparagus and halloumi… These are some of the dishes from all horizons that Alain Ducasse has chosen to offer. Go to Taiwan for an appetizer, travel through Indonesia for your main dish, and then board a ship to Marrakech with a citrus fruit and rosewater date salad.
