If you do not have the patience to wait six months for a table at Noma, the Relæ is the best alternative, and most importantly, much cheaper.

Located in the cosmopolitan district of Nørrebro, the address has a Michelin star, and was recently ranked 45th in the prestigious San Pellegrino list of the 50 best restaurants in the world. Its chef, Christian Puglisi, an emblematic figure of the New Danish Cuisine, is also head of Manfred & Vins and a former line chef at Noma. The influence of that four-time winner of world's best restaurant is felt.

Again, no tablecloth and it is up to you to set the table with cutlery from the drawer. There is only one menu: you simply choose either four or seven dishes. The gastronomic particularity of the dishes is due to the freshness and quality of the local products, with a colourful yet minimalistic visual presentation.
