In Bastia, Raugi is a real institution. Young and old gather to enjoy delicious hand-made ice creams and dishes on or off the premises.

In 1937, Alverado, Aladin, and Gina made ice creams and meandered about the town and neighbouring villages on their small motorcycle-truck to sell them.

In 1950, the three partners set up shop on Chanoine-Colombani street. Since then, their successors have maintained this unique recipe and have continued to perpetuate their ancestor's 'savoir faire'. Concerned about the quality of their products, they test their painstakingly designed creations in a laboratory.

They offer their customers a palette of more than 100 flavours made with high quality raw materials to be discovered through ice creams, sorbets, desserts, and Yule logs. And if you are in the mood for something savoury, Raugi also makes delicious pizzas and salads. The company counts four addresses strategically spread around town, each boasting a different atmosphere.
