When he lived with his parents in Puerto Rico, Jose Mendin's mother did all the cooking. Since moving out, he has learned how to cook for himself. And he does it very well. After working in various restaurants, and taking several internships, particularly in Spain, he created Pubbelly, with associates, in 2010. This was followed by Pubbelly Sushi the following year.
