A fresh wind blows on the Travessa das Pedras Negras. Step in and plunge into a most bucolic atmosphere. Masses of plants overhang the main dining area, and the large windows allow the restaurant to be bathed in natural light.
Young chef Antonio Galapito makes wonders with regional produce. Fish is caught in the night or early morning, and vegetables are supplied by small local producers. Dishes are refined and displayed in natural stoneware.
Try the beef tartare with grilled collard greens and let the squids and leeks in cuttlefish ink sauce develop some seductive power. For dessert, opt for grains of goat cheese, served with fennel and clementine granita. A surprising spot to be tried without delay!
