Mazi: “together” and that's all you need to know

Visiting London is the occasion to discover cuisines of all kinds. Take a side trip to Greece at Mazi!

Notting Hill has always had a lot of excellent, unexpected spots, and what a nice surprise Mazi is! The name of the restaurant means 'together' in Greek and, indeed, this is a sunny interlude that you'll be happy to share with a friend or loved one in a city with weather that is sometimes in need of cheering up. A French-Greek couple, Christina and Adrian, let you feast on Greek flavours here.

As a starter, taramasalata, tzatziki and grilled eggplant with soy and thyme honey are served in verrines. For the next course, it's difficult to choose between the grilled octopus, Beluga lentils and lemon-yuzu oil, or the braised osso buco with Mizithra flakes (cheese from the Attica region). For dessert, give in to the loukoumades, deep-fried dough with lavender honey accompanied by a chocolate sorbet. This is an ideal place for fans of Greek cuisine, vegetarians, and lovers of Greek wines.

With the arrival of warm weather, Mazi opens their lovely shaded terrace for your enjoyment.
