Don't be fooled by the size and location: this is not a tourist trap like so many other places in this area, but a real and very authentic Italian restaurant. The two brothers, Massimo and Franco, serve the best pasta and pizza in town. Almost all the ingredients are imported from Italy — the mozzarella, burrata, and flour, even the tomatoes. The pizza dough rests for up to 36 hours and the crusts are light, chewy, and crisp, while main dishes are prepared just the way mamma made them. So forget the decor, which is hardly that of a Sicilian trattoria, grab a table on the large terrace, enjoy the breathtaking view, and tuck in.
