After Saint-Tropez and Morocco, Christophe Leroy is now anchored in Saint Martin.

Iconic chef of Saint-Tropez known for hosting fabulous parties, Christophe Leroy is now at the Domaine de Lonvilliers in the north of the island, on the beautiful bay of Anse Marcel. Faithful to his festive approach to flavours, he creates beach-friendly market cuisine that balances French gastronomy with exotic aromas and influences from Asia.

For this Caribbean version, Leroy has put together an inventive menu based on local produce, to be savoured to the sound of the surf: coconut lemongrass prawn soup; gingered crayfish salad; shrimp spring rolls; tempura prawns and avocados; spicy wasabi king crab; Creole crayfish bisque; chicken with peanut sauce; coconut milk bouillabaisse; penne rigate with grated black truffle; pina colada coupe; chocolate nems... To make this experience a total journey of taste, the restaurant is open to the sea, and lit by candlelight.
