Le Grand Café de la Poste, French brasserie style

Le Grand Café de la Poste, French brasserie style

For a business lunch or simple latte, breakfast under the pergola, or to seek out traditional French cuisine.

Shelter behind the huge venetian blinds of the Café de La Poste to avoid the Marrakech heat. Sit on a rattan chair and grab the menu from the Carrara marble table. The dishes will remind you of France: bistros, all day service and servers waltzing between tables with their trays. In the large room or under the canopy, you may choose one of the typical French dishes: free-range chicken, slow roasted leg of lamb, steak tartare, sole meunière from Oualidia. The organic vegetables (sugar snap peas, extra fine string beans, baby lettuce, and miniature carrots) come from a local farm on Ourika road, exclusively grown for chef Philippe Duranton. An excellent address for a simple meeting.
