Opt for a whole roasted chicken, or try three different kinds. The chicken is served with its own jus, home fries, macaroni gratin, or green salad in the warmer season. You can also rediscover chicken soup, chicken broth, chicken vol-au-vent, chicken terrine, chicken livers, and many other poultry variations.
And because there can be no chicken without eggs (or is it the other way around?), there are many egg dishes to choose from as well: sunny side up, boiled, or fried Russian style, and served with mayonnaise and mixed crunchy vegetables.
