Naina Bois-Juzan, a young Franco-Indian born and raised in Paris, wanted to bring a Parisian bistro to India.
It was a daring and crazy gamble that has paid off brilliantly. Here, you can almost breathe the air of Paris. In a typical Parisian brasserie decor that includes Thonet chairs and round tables, squeeze in and indulge your craving for French food. The menu features seven starters, seven courses and seven desserts. All ingredients come from organic farms in Delhi, the dishes are prepared according to the rules of the French culinary arts and the personnel have been trained in French hotellerie style. It is a French touch that has won the hearts of Delhi.
