Joule, a journey to Korea

Joule, a journey to Korea

One of the best restaurants in Seattle to rediscover steakhouse traditions.

Chefs Rachel Yang and Seif Chirchi, trained by Alain Ducasse, among others, have combined their talents for the past 10 years in their alluring establishment.
The interior décor opts for a sober and contemporary design, with a sense of all-Asian purity.
Recently, a new concept is revisiting the principles of a Korean version steakhouse. The refinement of the creations transcends the taste of the meat, such as the smokehouse steak with a Vietnamese coffee rub and parsnip. The varied menu offers mouthwatering starters: the yellow curry pickled beet, fig and olive, with spiced pistachio oil is a must-try! Joule also offers light dinner options, which can be shared around the table, ideal for a little snack before the show.
The restaurant is only open in the evening, with a weekend brunch served from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
