The success belongs to talented top chef Manish Mehrotra, who has invented a new form of Indian cuisine. Tradition and adventure go hand in hand throughout this multi-course menu of myriad flavours, like the roasted beetroot in masala and peanut butter, or the crab in tamarind coupled with a coconut curry. You will love it! From time to time, the chef tempers his meal with a soft Indian ice cream called kulfi. It is so good at India Accent that Manish Mehrotra brought it to the Hotel Parker Meridien in New York in 2016.
