Annie Somerville is inspired by world cuisines to imagine colourful and uninhibited dishes, but she sources her ingredients locally. Sonoma artisans even made the furniture. The menu sticks to the seasons and is developed according to market availability. Do not be surprised if it varies depending on the green grocer's ‘catch of the day', from endives to Brussels sprouts to kale.

The dishes are hearty and satiating, always accompanied by cereals and often cheese. You can even try some egg sausages. Since the produce is of the best quality, the result is intensely flavourful, from the tomatoes and lettuce down to even the parsley. The result is delicious food!
