The seventh-floor rooftop of Palazzo Donizetti is certainly worth a detour, and not just because of the stunning views of the city and the Bosphorus. The atmosphere is chic and relaxed in clear tones and natural materials such as wood and glass. The scenery is much appreciated by the trendy Istanbulites and the European clientele alike.
The chef offers reinterpretations of mezze, some of which are pure wonders. Treat yourself to fish, prawns, or a platter of grilled meats. As for the desserts, they are quite rich, but the dancing you do afterwards will help you burn off the calories.
At night, the music is cranked and the crowd starts to boogie. For a table on Friday and Saturday, it is recommended to book several days in advance.
