Roberto Behrens and Juan Pablo Clerici are the two chefs of this institution, which, for more than 20 years, has dished up spectacular sushi but also inventive and creative dishes celebrating local produce. The atmosphere of the restaurant is warm, with leather banquettes around rustic wooden tables. The bar in the main room serves excellent cocktails. Don't miss the house specialties: grilled octopus with sautéed quinoa and a yellow pepper sauce, or the tagliatelle with string beans, asparagus and zucchini. For dessert, try the mango cheesecake with coconut cream and cashew crumble.
