Here at the tallest building in the world, the famous Burj Khalifa that rises to 828 metres high, you will, of course, have a breath-taking view over Dubai.
Be aware that the city is often hidden by fog, a characteristic that results more from chronic pollution than sandstorms. Within the building, you have several options to choose from. On the 148th floor, the observation platform called At the Top Burj Khalifa Sky is perched at 555 metres. It offers incredible 360-degree views of the extraordinary city. Another platform is accessible on the 125th floor at 456 metres above the ground. (Reserve tickets online in advance).
You can also enjoy the sunset at the Atmosphere Lounge bar on the 122nd floor, where the view provides the heady sensation of dominating the world. A futuristic elevator accesses all of the observation decks and the bar. Not as high, but equally iconic, the beautiful Burj Al Arab deploys its graceful silhouette like a boat sailing on Jumeirah Beach and also has a panoramic view from the 27th floor, at the Sky view bar.
