Bouillon Bilk: a simple but quality place

A kitchen that stands out for its research while remaining accessible to all budgets.
With a modest address in Montreal's city centre, Bouillon Bilk reveals a simple but tasty menu with artistically presented dishes.
The chef François Nadon presents seven starters, six main dishes, and a handful of desserts, with attention to the richness of flavours. The dishes include lobster with beans, olives and tomatoes or a shrimp, carrot and basil risotto. The house specialty is a lamb, salsa verde, raisins, cauliflower and semolina preparation.
The wine list features many wines available by the glass. Finish with a platter of cheese from Quebec or mini-pastries. Equipped with a bar and rustic wooden tables, Bouillon Bilk welcomes Montreal gourmets in a subdued atmosphere.
