Mixing international cuisine and Mediterranean flavours, this restaurant has proven itself to be one of the best eateries in the city.

Installed for ten years in the basement of Raamtin Hotel, the Bistango is an establishment frequented by locals. A pioneer in offering international cuisine, it was opened by a young Iranian, Saman Jilanch, who was brought up in the United States and wanted to bring new life to the family hotel upon his return. He has imported a qualitative cuisine and know-how that was quite rare at the time, introducing a culinary revolution in a city then quite traditional.

At his side is an executive chef of Canadian origin, Larry Greenwood, who took up the challenge of recreating sauce dishes emblematic of Western cuisine without alcohol. Caesar salad, filet mignon, Cajun shrimp or fish curry; the offer is varied, extremely well presented, and served by a very caring staff. The restaurant offers two areas: a classic dining room and a private room, which can accommodate 20 guests for business dinners or private parties.
