Completed in 1969, the John Hancock Center, now nicknamed ‘360 Chicago', rises to 310 meters above the Magnificent Mile. The views from top of the skyline, Lake Michigan, and its beaches, are unbelievable. On clear days, you can see as far as the three bordering States. The 360° view, however, is not the only attraction.
Most thrill seeking tourists come primarily for Tilt: a dive into the void that allows you to gaze out at the city from a dizzying new perspective, thanks to a tilting system of bay windows. A unique experience and very secure, but if you are afraid of heights, beware!
