Avoid waiting for your baggage upon arrival! Once you exit the aircraft, you no longer need to stop at the baggage delivery area. Save time by proceeding directly home, to your hotel or to your final destination.

Airport-to-Home baggage service is available for all flights arriving at the following airports:
  • Paris-Charles de Gaulle (delivery within Paris and the Paris region)
  • Paris-Orly, for flights departing from Cayenne, Fort-de-France, Pointe-à-Pitre or Saint-Denis (delivery within Paris and the Paris region)

How to purchase the Baggage delivery and pick-up Option

Purchase the Baggage delivery and pick-up Option
The Baggage Delivery and Pick-up Option is available at the rate* of €35 for the 1st baggage item, then €15 for each additional baggage item, with a maximum of 10 baggage items per order.

Between 1 month and 48 hours
before your flight's departure

Purchase the Baggage delivery and pick-up Option online and choose the time and place for pick-up.

On the day of your flight's arrival

Upon your flight's arrival, a staff member from Air France's partner FlyingBag collects your baggage for you directly from the baggage delivery area.

Between 6 hours and 24 hours
after your flight's arrival

A FlyingBag staff member delivers your baggage at the arranged time and location of your choice, including your home, office, hotel or any other location you choose.
