AIR FRANCE and KLM are responsible for the processing of personal data of members of the Flying Blue Program according to the applicable Dutch and French Personal data protection acts such as the Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens (of 1 September 2001) and the modified French Law of 6 January 1978 relative to information systems, computer files and freedoms which are based on the EU Directive 95/46/EC. Your personal data will be used and exchanged by AIR FRANCE, KLM and their partners for the smooth performance of the program. Furthermore, in order to enable AIR FRANCE, KLM and their partners to offer you products and services and for direct marketing purposes, any information concerning you and your participation could be shared among AIR FRANCE, KLM and their partners for their exclusive use, by ticking the appropriate boxes on the application form.
You will have the right at any time to stop us from contacting you for purposes of direct marketing and to access, modify, rectify and delete all your personal data, provided you file a written request with a copy of your proof of identity to the Customer Service Center.
