Conditions for modifying or refunding Award tickets
Award tickets can be modified or refunded based on the conditions of the selected fare. The fees for modifying or refunding an Award ticket, as well as the entire difference between the original Award ticket and the modified Award ticket, will be paid in Blue Credits.
If the value of the modified ticket is less than the original ticket, the difference will not be credited.
If the Award ticket has already been issued, all modification and refund requests must be submitted to BlueBiz services at : firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 4 days before the first flight's departure.
Please note: if you have an Award ticket for a short- or medium-haul flight in the Premium Affaires (classes C, D, Z) or Premium Eco (classes W, S, A) cabins, you can advance your departure in the 4 hours preceding your initial flight. This type of modification is free of charge only when checking in (online, at a Self-Service Kiosk or a check-in counter) and on the condition that:
- there are seats available in the same cabin or in a cabin that is part of the same travel class (Premium Affaires or Premium Eco),
- the passenger agrees to change from Premium Affaires to Premium Eco.
If an Award ticket is refunded, Blue Credits can be recredited only if the booking was cancelled before the departure of the first flight. To do so, you can contact BlueBiz services at : email@example.com
