How to be informed about your flight?

As from the day before departure, you may check the latest information about your flight :

- on our mobile.airfrance.com site or Air France application mobile phones and tablets.

How to modify your ticket?

Online

You may change your reservation online, through "View / modify your reservations" feature or by contacting your point of sales.

By phone

If you need assistance to rebook your trip, we invite you to contact our team by phone at  + 33 (0)9 69 39 02 15 (free of charge from a French landline) from 06:30 AM to 10:00 PM (Paris local time).
You also can visit our ticket officies to make you modifications or if you have any question.
To change prime ticket, you may contact Flying Blue at 3272 (€0.34/minute), 7/7 from 8 AM to 8 PM (Paris local time).

How to request the refund of your ticket?

Regarding the commercial mesures and if you have not travelled, you can request the refund of your ticket.

Tickets purchased on www.airfrance.fr , by phone at 3654(0.35€/min), in a Air France agency or airport counter

You can request the refund of your ticket online.

If the refund of your ticket is not propose in"View / modify your reservation" area, you can fill the form.

Ticket purchased in a travel agency
