General conditions of sale Weekend Pass

Terms and conditions valid from 30 March 2017.

Using the Weekend Pass

This paid-for card is individual, nominative and non-transferable.

The Weekend Pass is valid for 1 year starting from the date the customer decides to activate it. The activation date will be shown on the card. The Weekend Pass is available through the following channels:
    • For Flying Blue members or customers who wish to join the Flying Blue loyalty program: you can purchase the Pass online using the airfrance.com website,
    • For customers who are not Flying Blue members and do not wish to join the loyalty program: once you have submitted the online form, an agent from the Air France call center will get in touch to complete the payment,
    • It is also possible to buy the card at an Air France agency or at a travel agency.


The Pass is issued in dematerialized form only. After activating it, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the Passholder.

The Weekend Pass is available in metropolitan France only and reserved for customers aged 18 years and above. It allows the customer to benefit from a 25% discount on the Basic, Basic+ and Smart fares including tax (excluding applicable service charges), on all flights operated by Hop! and Air France, excluding Corsica and seasonal routes, subject to availability, in the above range of fares.

The applicable fare conditions relate to the fare to which the discount is applied. A list of applicable routes is available on hop.com and airfrance.fr . To benefit from this discount, the trip must include at least 1 night from Saturday to Sunday.

The Hop! Air France Weekend Pass cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or reduced fare.

Fraudulent use of the Weekend Pass of any kind will result in the Pass being canceled immediately, without prejudice to any legal proceedings that Hop! or Air France consider necessary.

Refunds

This card is non refundable.

Flying Blue Loyalty Program

Miles can be earned if the Weekend Passholder is also a member of the Flying Blue loyalty program.
 
This loyalty program enables customers to earn Miles and benefit from a range of advantages. The General Conditions are available on the airfrance.fr website.
 
 

Personal Data

Hop! and Air France are responsible for the handling of personal data pertaining to Weekend Passholders, and share responsibility for handling data, in accordance with French legislation with regards to Data Protection: the French "IT and Freedom of Information" law of 6 January 1978.
 
Information gathered by Hop! and Air France from this form is subject to IT processing intended for the establishment and management of the Weekend Pass.
Your personal data may be used by, and shared between, Hop!, Air France and their partners in order to manage operations related to the Pass and to offer products and services.
 
With your consent, Air France and Hop! will use this data for marketing or communication purposes. Your personal data will be shared in strict confidentiality between Air France and Hop! for their exclusive use.
 
As outlined by the "IT and freedom of information" law, customers have the right to view, change, delete, or contest any personal data pertaining to them. Claims

For purchases made at an Air France agency or on the airfrance.fr website, the Passholder may file a claim on the "Claims" page of the airfrance.fr website.
 
After completing and submitting the online form, the Passholder wiill be contacted as soon as possible by the Customer Service team.
 
For purchases made at an Air France agency: please contact the travel agency who sold you the Pass.
