If you experience problems using our online services (booking, flight changes, online check-in, etc.) with the exception of matters relating to Flying Blue and booking services for hotels and cars , you can contact technical assistance:
- by calling 09 69 39 02 15 (free of charge from a French landline), 7 days a week, 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM.
- by completing the support form.
