If you experience problems using our online services (booking, flight changes, online check-in, etc.) with the exception of matters relating to Flying Blue and booking services for hotels and cars , you can contact technical assistance:

- by completing the support form.
You need a receipt?
You can request an invoice online for tickets purchased in an Air France agency or airport counter in France, in the overseas department and in New Caledonia.Otherwise, thank you to contact your sales.
