Finding the right fare for you


The express booking system (available on the homepage) gives you access to the complete range of Air France fares—from special offers to full-price fares—with no obligation to purchase. You will also find a selection of our best offers in the “Special offers” section under the “Booking & online check-in” tab on the homepage.

How to use the express booking system


- Select your point of departure from the list, followed by your destination. Click on the icon to view a list of airports served.

- The round-trip option is selected by default.

For a one-way trip, simply change the selection.

- Indicate your preferred date of travel using the drop-down menus or by clicking on the calendar icon. You can choose to search “these exact dates” or “around these dates”. This second option will show you our best fares over several days.

- Indicate the type (adult, young person, student, senior) and number of passengers.

Please note:
You can book for up to 9 passengers. For larger groups, please contact our Group Service at mail.groupevd@airfrance.fr.

If you are traveling as a family or with children/infants, select “More options”.
If you are a Travel Saver Card Holder
click on the “Member” tab in the “Book your trip” section to access your dedicated booking service.

- Select your travel class. In Economy, there are 2 possibilities:
“Premium Voyageur”: a flexible ticket (changes and refunds free of charge)
“Voyageur”: the most economical ticket (the best price available). This ticket is non-refundable and changes are subject to a fee (except for special offer fares, which are non-refundable)

The prices shown are per person (adult) and include all taxes and fees. A detailed breakdown of the price—including fare, taxes, fees and conditions—will be displayed before payment is required. If you live in Europe, you will also have an opportunity to purchase cancellation and missed flight insurance online.

For long-haul flights, you may:
- select your seat,
- order a special meal (vegetarian, kosher, halal , etc.).

Once your purchase has been completed, you will receive a booking reference number and the following documents by e-mail:
- confirmation of your online booking,
- a trip summary with all of your trip details (passenger names, flight times and travel dates), which will serve as proof of purchase if you have booked an electronic ticket.

Payment


There are 2 ways to pay for your booking:
- online, by providing your bank or credit card details.
All information supplied is encrypted using the highest industry standards. A cryptogram check provides an additional security measure to protect your transaction.
- by telephone, by calling 09 69 39 02 15 (no surcharge) between 6:30 AM and 10:00 PM, within 12 hours.
