Difficult access to Paris Orly airport

Construction work is in progress on Highway A6b for a duration of 8 months until the 30th of November 2010. As a result, alternative routes to the airport are likely to be congested.
Upgrade to Air France coaches network
Lines 1 and 1* will merge beginning September 6, 2010
In order to simplify and upgrade the route network, Line 1 (Orly – Montparnasse) and 1* (Orly – Place de l´Etoile via the Paris-Montparnasse train station) will merge to become Line 1.
This strategic merge improves transport between Paris-Orly airport and Place de l´Etoile. Coaches run more frequently; every 20 minutes from 6:00 AM to 11:20 PM, 7days/week.
