Need more time to think about it?
When you book tickets online, you can now choose our "Time to Think" option to hold your reservation. This new feature saves your reservation and guarantees the same price for up to 7 days.* This option is available for:
- €5 for Voyageur class** reservations on all flights within metropolitan France and within Europe, and between Europe and North Africa or Israel,
- €15 for reservations in all cabin classes (except La Première)** on other flights.
To purchase your ticket, simply visit the "Manage your reservations" section. If you do not want to confirm your reservation, it will be automatically canceled at the end of the "Time to Think" period.
* The length of the Time to Think period varies according to your destination and reservation date.
** Fee per person in euros, to be added to the ticket price. This option is non-refundable.

Cryptogram verification during the online booking process is an additional way of ensuring the security of your transaction.
Mastercard or Visa users are also protected from fraudulent operations by the “3D-Secure” system.
3D-Secure is a program created by Visa/Mastercard and offered by all French banks.
This process requires the internet user to identify him/herself during the payment process in order to reduce the risk of fraudulent use of the card.
An identification request is sent to the bank for every payment. The information required to confirm identity is determined by your bank (date of birth, password etc.).
3-D Secure is not to be confused with chip and PIN systems or with the cryptogram.
