For airline tickets, paid options or other services, find everything you need to know about refund requests here.

Please note: if you bought your tickets or paid options anywhere other than directly from Air France (at a travel agency, for example) please contact the point of sale directly to request your refund.
In the "Your reservations" area of the website, you can submit a refund request for a ticket, for all excluding Flying Blue Award tickets, if:

  • you bought your ticket at least 2 days and up to 12 months ago,
  • you have not received your boarding pass.
Please note:
If several people are included in the same booking, your refund request will apply to all the tickets within that booking. The refund amount is calculated based on your tickets's fare conditions (excluding non-refundable service charges).
If you are already checked in, please cancel your check-in online before proceeding with your refund request.
If a refund request is not available when you log in to the "Your reservations" section of the website, please complete the refund request form below: Complete the refund request form
If you do not meet the above conditions, the refund request will not be processed.
You can then request a refund by filling the online form.
For tickets purchased through another payment method than by credit card, please include your bank information to your request.

If you have purchased Mondial Assistance insurance from Air France with your ticket, you must cancel your reservation with Air France and submit your claim to Mondial Assistance.
