Veda: a restaurant can hide a lounge bar

Contemporary Indian-influenced classic cuisine in a reinterpreted Bollywood palace decor.

Veda restaurant gives the cuisine of the Indian subcontinent pride of place by reinterpreting it in a contemporary way. Each of the dishes is a full experience. If you are fond of vegetables, you have a tasting menu of eight gourmet dishes, including crispy spinach with tamarind sauce, a lychee milkshake, and sorbet.

The talented fashion designer, Rohit Bal, has transformed the place into a restaurant and bar with shimmering, opulent decor. Brick, red lighting, mirrors, and a subtle ambience make this a sublimely beautiful place, mixing Bollywood and gypsy punk influences.

Behind the flashy restaurant is the bar, serving speciality cocktails such as the Mojito Malabar, a reinterpretation of the mojito with coconut water.
