The Relais de la Reine in full nature

ecolodge

This ecolodge with all the amenities lies between Fianarantsoa and Tulear on the RN7.

Le Relais de la Reine, with its granite buildings that blend into the sandstone rocks and vegetation, is nestled into a stunning natural setting for which this ecovillage shows sincere respect. Everything here seems natural; even the pool, spa, and tennis court are at the heart of a beautiful garden full of blossoms and greenery.

In the same vein, it is a pleasure to walk barefoot on the wood floors of the 30 spacious rooms and on the sandstone tiles of the bathrooms. The soft light from lamps with Raffia shades warms the fine wood furnishings and granite walls. Here, you'll find everything you need to relax!

As you are at the edge of the Isalo National Park, visit, on horseback, the incredible open-air sapphire mines, the small Bara villages, or the amazing canyons beyond the wild meadows. The hotel has an orchard with both European and tropical produce, a rice field, and an organic vegetable garden. The restaurant has international exotic cuisine on the menu, naturally with a strong Malagasy accent.
