The Bazaar by José Andrés: a must for Spanish cuisine

This theatrical and spectacular in-house restaurant at the Hotel SLS was designed by Philippe Starck.

Spanish chef José Andrés is very much part of L.A.'s Who's Who. His celebrity status began when his book, Tapas, came out. Then, he became a cooking-show star before launching his own TV series, Made in Spain. Whether it is for a drink, a snack, a plate of tapas, or a full dinner, you are at the right address.

Faithful to the regional traditions of Spain, the menu is generous and modern: oysters with lemon, black pepper and Serrano ham, soy and salmon roe cones, avocado tempura, and steamed crab buns. Save some space for the irresistible clementine, rose, and blueberry sorbet.
