SUSHISAMBA : cuisine to make you dizzy

japanese brazilian peruvian

A rare treat it is, in London, to go up to the 38th floor for dinner. Having towers of bamboo above and outstanding views beyond only adds to the unique experience.

The SUSHISAMBA group opened its first restaurant in New York in 1999, offering customers exceptional cuisine with Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian influences. After this first success, they added locations in Miami Beach, Las Vegas, and London.

Offering a stunning 360° view atop the Salesforce Tower (including a perfect angle on the magnificent building affectionately nicknamed the ‘Gherkin' by Londoners), the chef Claudio Cardoso and his team promise you startling cuisine to match the unusual space. Enjoy the Kobe English breakfast meal, an absolutely succulent dish with high-quality Kobe sausages, or the sea bass tempura with tomato and beetroot ceviche, green garlic and lime. Try the small passion-fruit cakes, delicately placed on a white chocolate and green tea ganache and finished with a raspberry sorbet and a coconut tuile. An explosion of colours and flavours!

Reservations strongly recommended and dress code to be respected.
