Sugar at East Hotel: at 180 degrees, this sugar will make you melt

On the 32nd floor, grilled farm sausages, a Ginger Lily cocktail and DJ Eric Byron.

The 180-degree view of the harbour is sensational. Enjoy it, nestled in one of the plush sofas on the outdoor terrace. From the 32nd floor of the East Hotel, the slew of skyscrapers below seems very modest indeed. With 3,000 square metres, Sugar strikes a balance between its relaxed Scandinavian vibe and its hyped-up reputation as one of the city's nocturnal hot spots.

Its cocktail of the moment is the Ginger Lily: Jameson whiskey with a subtle blend of lemon, pineapple, mint and ginger beer.

Sugar also serves tasty tapas, such as goat cheese sandwiches, farm sausages and beef rillettes. Sugar always has a line-up of top DJs, including Eric Byron, a star in Asia.
