Seamon Ginza: the sushi revelation

japanese sushi

Three sushi chefs work in this Ginza hot spot for the best from the sea.

Seamon's sushi restaurant in Ginza (there is another in Nihonbashi) will be ready when you can't wait to sit down to some excellent sushi after having walked around the area and admired the architectural achievements of the Sony Building, Renzo Piano's Hermès building, and Jun Aoki's Louis Vuitton store.

You will go upstairs to a room with just 38 seats facing one long red bar to witness the creation of nigiri sushi, maki, and sashimi. Do you know that you need to be courteous, kind, and curious for one of the three chefs to serve you with care, while advising you on your meal?

Indeed, keep your eyes on the chef and a smile on your face to enter into the seduction of these culinary experts who reserve some of their creations for connoisseurs only.
