Savour Inca cuisine at Coya

peruvian gastronomy

For its Middle Eastern branch, the famous Peruvian restaurant chose the Four Seasons.

Once inside the front door here, you will discover a world of Andean culture. Wooden floors, soft cushions, walls covered with wood and metal, not to mention numerous statues and mystical details, all recall Peru.

The restaurant is divided into four spaces: the terrace, the Ceviche counter, the brass grill, and the main restaurant. The delicious cuisine obviously gives pride of place to ceviche, the marinated raw fish that is an icon of Peruvian cooking, but it also features anticuchos, grilled meats, and fish specialties. At the Pisco bar, the servers will be delighted to let you taste the legendary Latin American cocktail, the Pisco Sour.

This Andean atmosphere brings a note of exoticism to your visit and will delight those wishing for a getaway to a world far removed from the atmosphere of the souks and pristine beaches. It's a great change of scenery.
