André is a real gourmet workshop, where cooking is raised to an art form. Subtle flavours and delicacies come together in a sublime taste experience, where French dishes, or, more broadly, European dishes, are remarkably reinterpreted and modernised, with a delicate and harmonious Asian touch.
You will thus find unique creations, renewed with the seasons, that feature fresh produce carefully selected by the chef, including truffles and porcini mushrooms. The wine list, presided over by a French sommelier, is extensive.
