Developed around an experimental design, the menu encourages the idea of sharing dishes and specialties among guests. Among the many suggestions is a seasonal menu offering an ingenious overall view of the specialties. Nanka, like many of the addresses in Lima, prides itself on only using local products of the highest quality, usually organic.
Special mention goes to the tagine cordero, the quinoa tabbouleh and the trilogy of cuy meats, the local Guinea pig, a staple of South American cuisine.
