Located in the lively Galatasaray area in the centre of the Beyoğlu district, this trendy restaurant has been designed by Studio Autoban. The restaurant is on the lower level with set tables, panelling, and soft lighting. The bar and terrace upstairs are decorated in the same design spirit. The restaurant's large lighted windows are lined with bottles of Beylerbeyi, a traditional and powerful raki that the owner brings in from his native village.
The menu mixes Turkish culinary culture and international dishes. Start with delicious hot meze, including squid seasoned with cuttlefish ink, then continue on to a braised lamb shank with eggplant, all washed down with pungent raki. At 11:30 p.m., the place turns into a disco bar run by a DJ.
