Motel Bianco, spirit of the Fifties

hot tip

In a rapidly changing neighbourhood, the Bianco is a boutique motel, an update on a classic in the American hospitality industry.

South Beach is full of hotels, but it's hard on the wallet to find a place in the sun unless you're okay with being on the outskirts of town. The Motel Bianco, however, is a very good compromise. Located in the Upper East Side, it is right in the middle of Miami Modern District (MiMo) with its 1950s and 1960s architecture, and opposite the Art Deco District, which is so appealing to artists and trendy boutiques. Bianco took advantage of this transformation to renovate and decorate its façade, and wake up its immaculate rooms with a sparkling orange. They are simple but comfortable, and linked by an external U-shaped walkway that goes past a patio and palm trees. The full breakfast features fresh ingredients. There is free Wi-Fi access, and free parking outside the hotel.
